FULL TIME PHOTOGRAPHER!!

I think that you all knew that this one was coming -- the re-branding, and some big changes on the horizon -- well the time is FINALLY here. Peters Photography is now my full-time job, and now I will be able to introduce new products and really do what I love.

Thanks to all of you out there who believed in me, and my AMAZING clients that I enjoy working with every day... :)

...Chicago!!!...

We returned to Kansas City yesterday from our trip, and of course it went just too FAST. But riding in a jet plane sure beats commercial flight! Arrive 10 minutes before departure, and having a limo waiting for you when you arrive is just too awesome! Besides some public transportation issues, the trip was a MAJOR success. And I will get to all e-mails tonight so don't worry if you contacted me over the weekend! :)

The show was absolutely amazing -- nothing like the book at all!I will add more pictures to this post later!

...My Kind of Town - CHICAGO...

Tomorrow morning is the day that Dave and I take off for a quick vacation to Chicago! I am so excited, as this is a trip that I won at my day-job. Company plane, hotel, and some spending money for fun things like a Blackhawks game, and the musical "Wicked" -- we are sure to have a great time! Plus my family is originally from Chicago, so I know the city just a little bit! We don't have much time though -- so packing in as much as possible!!!And with the Bears being in the Superbowl NEXT weekend, I am sure that this town is truly celebrating. So watch out for a lot of pictures when I return, and then wedding stuff is going to really pick up!!

...Baby Skylar - Session II...

Sunday afternoon was the 2nd of 4 Baby's First Year sessions for little Skylar. I absolutely love this family, and they make me feel like an old friend every time that I see them! We have so many great shots -- I had the hardest time picking out my favorites to post here! The first one is definitely my favorite...those eyes are what do it! :)

...BIG NEWS!!!...

Right before Christmas, I had a get-together with all of the girls that I lived with in college, and their significant-others -- it was so much fun to all be together again since it happens so rarely. But the part that made the night even better, was my best friend Amy announcing that she was PREGNANT!

...Caiden's First Session...

Yesterday I had the wonderful opportunity to give Caiden a proper session -- besides the quick shots taken in the hospital on the day of his birth. This little guy was just amazing! Not even a week old, and he was awake the whole time, and really did SO GOOD! I can't even begin to pick favorites from this session -- but here is my attempt... :)

I KNOW that you all remember little Nate from 6 months ago -- you simply cannot forget such a cute face! Well, he is already 6 months, and I couldn't wait to take more pictures of him now that he can sit-up by himself -- and my favorite -- grab for the camera!!Here are my favorites, and the always-present SLIDESHOW!

...Caiden's Birth...

Today was the birth of baby Caiden -- and you may recall the maternity pictures of Jenni from a previous post. This baby boy is TOO adorable, and I wanted to give them some photos of the day he was born! I have never visited a hospital to see a baby before -- it was amazing!

Yesterday was the wedding of Justine and Jeremy in Manhattan, KS! It was a lot of fun, and we were able to get outside and take a LOT of fun pictures with these two.

Justine's hotel room had this really cool mirror that I just loved!
Doesn't she look RADIANT!!These two just couldn't stop laughing when they looked at one another -- which of course makes for great photographs... ;)Isn't that light AMAZING in their church? I had to jump quick since it only lasted about 4 minutes!This little guy wanted to make sure that he had the coolest noise-maker in the bucket!!They danced the night away, and had a great time at the new KSU Alumni Center!Congratulations to both of you, and of course, here is your slideshow set to the same song as your first dance...SLIDESHOW!!!

...New Year = NEW LOGO!!!...

....it is the NEW logo for RPeters Photography!
There are some great things on the horizon, and I wanted to shake things up a bit with a new logo and color-scheme. Some big news is just around the corner...but I will keep you all in suspense!
