...Wii Gaming...

I am not sure how many of you have seen -- or heard of -- the new Nintendo Wii.
This was my gift to Dave for Christmas (even though he received it back on November 19th), and it has been a BLAST to play with everyone! Friends have been over multiple times, and family has even been involved in the Bowling, Tennis, Baseball, Golf & Boxing. Not to mention the other fun games that you can play. I never thought that I would enjoy games this much, but you get to move around and actually get some exercise!! I have heard more than once when friends have sore arms the next day.

Here are Craig and Max doing some boxing one night...
My friends from Tennessee, Schandra and Emily on another night doing some boxing also!
Kris and all my college roomies came over before the holidays for some gaming -- and here is Amy (and her husband Aaron is practicing) doing some cow-throwing where you have to lasso above your head like Arsenio Hall! Finally here is my Dad playing some Wii bowling...he LOVED it! :)So for everyone who thinks games are boring, or that you have to push a bunch of buttons -- this changes everything!!

...the Bogart Family...

The day after Christmas was the perfect opportunity for the entire Bogart family to get together for some pictures -- so we decided downtown at Union Station would be a great spot for the everyone, and each individual family to get some pictures taken!

I had a blast with all of you -- even the little ones who didn't like the camera all that much!! But here are some favorites from the session, and of course -- the link to your complete SLIDESHOW!!!

Enjoy!!

...Moving Weekend!...

I had to let you all know that I moved into a house this past weekend, so MY computer isn't setup yet. I have a beautiful maternity session to edit/post, as soon as things are back in order.

Sorry for the delay, but I will keep you in anticipation until those pictures are posted! :)

In the meantime, anyone enjoy the band Carbon Leaf? They have a great sound -- so check them out if you can!

...Imogen Heap Concert!!...

I am sure some of you are thinking that I just typed a foreign language, but really Imogen Heap is a fantastic musician -- with a voice that is just inexplainable! She also was temporarily in a group called Frou Frou (the song "Let Go" really brought her onto the scene).

I was so excited she came to Kansas City (Lawrence to be exact) -- because small venues means I can bring in my PRO camera and walk everywhere in the aisles to get great shots!!! (The benefits of living here vs. Texas, right Fred? :) )She had an amazing stage setup, and the show was opened by another amazing musician who uses a loop machine and his voice ONLY -- the Kid Beyond!

...Did You Know - Part 2...

...that is has almost become a necessity to send Save the Date cards to your guests? People are so busy these days, that planning needs to be done around 6 months in advance to ensure that those people you care about most can attend your big day! I recently designed my own Save the Date, and have designed a few others as well -- so check them out, and consider this service with YOUR wedding!!

These are printed in 4x6 size, and are mailed like a postcard -- so no envelopes to worry about, or the standard postage!

...Carey & Cole's Wedding...

Yesterday was the wedding of Carey & Cole, and I couldn't have asked for better people, lighting, and locations all in the same day! The Embassy on the Plaza was the "getting ready" location, and Cole was able to work some magic so we could use the elevator -- that was so awesome! And this couple didn't have your traditional first dance -- remember the song from Pulp Fiction, where Uma Thurman and John Travolta dance-it-up? THAT was their first dance! It was the coolest thing I have ever seen, and definitely a first!!!Congratulations to both of you, and HERE IS YOUR SLIDESHOW!!!

...Baby Siddalee...

Just look at the face of this precious little girl -- talk about making my job EASY! She was so funny, and I am sure she thought I was a little crazy all the faces I was making! But after playing on the floor with her, and pulling her dress from her mouth -- she made some pretty cute faces! She even got to wear a holiday dress that her Mom wore as a child!! So incredibly neat!
Here is her slideshow -- and my favorites!
