..Can I live on a beach?..

The Florida trip was a complete success -- aside from the major sunburn that I allowed to happen on Day 1. That tends to limit the activities that you can do when you are next to a beach! But thankfully there was an umbrella around to let me enjoy the sand still!
Of course you are all anxious for the wedding pictures -- so here are just a few of my favorites! I decided that I would love to be a destination photographer exclusively. The wedding party was so much fun (as you can tell from the JUMP) and it was the most intimate/laid back wedding I have ever been a part of...congratulations again to Lori and Ronnie!!

..Destination KNOWN..

Tomorrow I leave the great state of Kansas to shoot the wedding of Lori & Ronnie (pictured above from their engagement session) -- and I am MORE than ready. They are going to have a beach wedding, and we even set the time of the ceremony to allow for sunset pictures! I will post some as soon as I get back. The wedding is Friday night, her dress is classic, and they are both so fun to work with. My FIRST destination wedding -- hopefully this leads to many more!

..Another photo-weekend!..

Last weekend was a great one for photography -- that is pretty much an understatement!
I had a beautiful wedding -- Laura and Andrew -- and these two are so in love you can feel it when you are around them! Here are a couple of pictures from their wedding, along with one from Katey and Bryan's engagement session (their wedding isn't until November). But they sure were giggly!

..Photography...I can take pictures forever!..

Another great weekend of images. Two of my great friends are going to have a baby in July, and I got to take a couple of pictures of them after her baby shower on Saturday! Talk about cute!
Today I had two engagement sessions -- both of which I am photographing their weddings!
Lindsey and John first -- and boy were they fun! Going with the flow, and having a blast at the same time! Next was Elizabeth and Mike -- and these two were so cute. We even got to go to the Nelson Art Gallery for a few shots which is where they had their first date! Amazing. I love that I get to capture this great time in peoples' lives. Imagine their grandchildren looking at these pictures in 50 years!! :)

..Cinco de Mayo!!..

There were some great celebrations going on this weekend for Cinco de Mayo. My boyfriend's house was host to one of those parties, where we had Russell Sawyer playing LIVE in his basement!!! Not only that -- but we had a piñata too! Of course, I was taking TONS of pictures (hence my nickname "Miss Kodak" from my friends)...

..Busy Weekends..

This past weekend was another one FULL of photography!
Saturday was the wedding of Christina and Perry, and Sunday afternoon was a fun family shoot, followed by the Engagement Session of Jentry and Scott. Their wedding is this August, and we are going to head to the Botanical Gardens for their wedding party images -- which should be just gorgeous!
